By using our website, you agree to these Terms.

1. Return Policy

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items must be unworn, in original condition, with tags and packaging, and a proof of purchase. Start a return by emailing orders@canyero.online. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

2. Damages and Issues

Inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us if items are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

3. Non-Returnable Items

We don’t accept returns for perishable goods, custom items, personal care products, hazardous materials, sale items, or gift cards.

4. Exchanges

For exchanges, return the item for a refund, then place a new order.

5. EU 14-Day Right to Cancel

EU customers may cancel orders within 14 days. Items must be in original condition with proof of purchase.

6. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method. If you haven’t received it within 15 days, contact orders@canyero.online.
